It is important that our managed peatland sites are monitored and that our knowledge on peatland habitats and their unique species is continuously growing. The Irish Peatland Conservation Council works on a number of projects to collect data on the status of our bogs in Ireland.
If you are taking part in a peatland research project, please reach out to our experienced staff at bogs@ipcc.ie, or enquire about accessing our extensive onsite peatland library.
